At 10tenlife, we ship our books door-to-door directly to your specified delivery address anywhere in South Africa.
To keep things simple and predictable, we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of R130 for any delivery address within South Africa, regardless of your location.
The Checkout & Payment Process
To complete your purchase, simply add the book to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. You will be prompted to enter your South African delivery address, and the R130 flat-rate shipping fee will be added to your total.
Please note that your order will only be processed for delivery once you have finalized the checkout process via the PayFast Payment Portal and the transaction is successful.
(Please note: We do not accept EFT payments at this time.)
Payment Processing Timings
Payment processing occurs securely through PayFast before the delivery process begins. Because PayFast transactions clear almost immediately, your order processing will begin right away. Once payment is confirmed, your book will be packed and handed over to our courier partners.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are measured from the moment your payment is confirmed. We utilize reliable door-to-door courier services to ensure your book reaches you safely:
- 2 – 4 Business Days: For deliveries within Gauteng.
- 3 – 5 Business Days: For deliveries to Main Centers across South Africa.
- 3 – 7 Business Days: For deliveries to Regional and Outlying Areas.
Additional Notes:
- Deliveries take place during regular business hours (Monday to Friday).
- Certain smaller towns or remote areas (such as plots or farms) may necessitate special arrangements or are only serviced by couriers on specific days of the week.
- All shipping is booked without declared liability (insurance) unless explicitly requested and arranged with our support team prior to dispatch.
